Studio Pulse T&C's
Studio Pulse strives to deliver all classes and services as advertised. However, unforeseen circumstances may require schedule changes or cancellations. Studio Pulse reserves the right to modify the class timetable, class types, instructors, and studio schedule at any time without prior notice.
Non-Transferable Bookings & Memberships
All class bookings, memberships, and class passes at Studio Pulse are strictly non-transferable and valid only for the registered attendee under whose name the booking or membership is held.
Under no circumstances may another person attend a class in place of the registered client, including but not limited to friends, family members, or colleagues. Sharing, swapping, or substituting attendees is not permitted.
For safety, insurance, liability, and capacity management reasons, Studio Pulse reserves the absolute right to verify attendee identity and to refuse admission to any person who is not the registered participant for that booking, without refund, credit, or compensation.
Any attempt to transfer or misuse a booking, class pass, or membership may result in denied entry, forfeiture of the class, and/or suspension or termination of membership at the discretion of Studio Pulse.
Late Entry:
For the consideration of instructors, other clients, and your own safety, late entry to class is strictly prohibited 5 minutes after the class has begun. In the case of a waitlisted class your spot will not be held after set class time.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for check-in. No refunds or compensation will be offered for denied entry due to lateness.
Class Passes
Class Passes are available with 1, 2, 3, or 6-month validity, as specified at the time of purchase. The validity period applies strictly to the specific class pack purchased and commences from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
All purchases are final. No refunds, extensions, transfers, pauses, or suspensions are offered on unused portions of class packs for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, change of address, or change of mind.
Unused classes remaining after the expiry date will automatically expire and are forfeited.
Month-to-Month Membership
Class credits are issued per billing period and must be used within that period. Any unused credits will expire and do not roll over into the following month.
Memberships are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month period, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Membership fees are direct debited monthly in advance from the payment method provided at the time of sign-up. The billing cycle operates once per month on the same date each month.
By purchasing a membership, you authorise Studio Pulse to automatically debit the applicable membership fee each billing cycle until your membership is cancelled in line with the cancellation terms.
It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available at the time of debit. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of class access until payment is successfully processed.
Membership Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your membership any time after the initial 3-month commitment.

To cancel, simply email us at hipulsepilates@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.

If notice is given less than 7 days before your next billing date, cancellation will take effect the following month.
Membership Refunds & Pauses:
All purchases are final. Studio Pulse does not offer refunds for services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason.
However, Studio Pulse understands that circumstances may arise where a temporary membership pause is required. Membership pauses are permitted for the following reason only:
Health-related reasons
A valid medical certificate or written confirmation from a qualified medical practitioner is required as proof and must be submitted via email to hipulsepilates@gmail.com
Additional conditions:

Pause requests must be made via email and approved in advance

The minimum pause period is 14 days

The minimum 3-month commitment period will be paused and will resume once the pause ends

Membership fees will not be refunded for any period already billed
Class Booking & Attendance

All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system.

Cancellation Policy:
Studio Pulse has limited class space, therefore we have a strict cancellation policy for all studio classes. -
Cancellations must be made through the online booking system at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will not be credited.

Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 12 hours of the class start time will be considered a Late Cancel (class will not be credited).

No Show: Failing to cancel your booking and not attending class will be considered a No Show (class will not be credited).
Minimum Age:
The minimum age to attend classes at Studio Pulse is 18 years old (subject to change in the future).
Health Information:
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any injuries or pregnancy before class begins.
Waiver:
Exercise classes at Studio Pulse involve physical activity and may be challenging. By participating, you understand and accept that there is a risk of personal injury or property damage.
By attending classes, you agree that you, your heirs, legal representatives, or anyone acting on your behalf will not hold Studio Pulse, its instructors, staff, or affiliates responsible for any injuries or property loss that may occur—whether caused by accident, negligence, or otherwise.
Please listen to your body, work within your limits, and let your instructor know of any injuries or health concerns before class.
